I love LJS food. This particular branch seems to be struggling, however. The drive thru is extraordinarily slow. The other day was the second time in recent months that I waited at least 20 minutes from order screen to window. The food was very fresh and good, but they were out of shrimp sauce, which is bizarre for a seafood place. I have hopes they will get better, but it will take some work.

Better off going to an upscale restaurant for the prices.
What great customer service!! The girl that calls everyone “sweetheart” was the best (she needs a raise!). Friendly and offering suggestions like add-ons so we could try basically everything. Food was tasty. Dining room tidy but restrooms could have used some attention.

Went to eat at long John silver in Siloam Springs Arkansas and decided to get a refill only to findout there was a big fly in my drink. Went and told one of the managers and she didn't seem to concerned. She only offered me another cup... For what?I don't want any ice out of the machine I got the fly from. I told her I think I should be reimbursed for my drink at least. It took her a little bit, but she did finally reimburse me for at least my drink. Though she wasn't happy about it. So food for thought... Drink clear drinks to see what's in your ice. Also from my bad experience..I won't be back.

Friendly service and perfect fish. It was hot and fresh. I only ordered 2 fish filets because I just wanted LJS fix since this is the only one in Northwest Arkansas. Definitely going to drive the 35 miles when I have my Long John Silver’s craving. Good job guys!
