What great customer service!! The girl that calls everyone “sweetheart” was the best (she needs a raise!). Friendly and offering suggestions like add-ons so we could try basically everything. Food was tasty. Dining room tidy but restrooms could have used some attention.

Friendly service and perfect fish. It was hot and fresh. I only ordered 2 fish filets because I just wanted LJS fix since this is the only one in Northwest Arkansas. Definitely going to drive the 35 miles when I have my Long John Silver’s craving. Good job guys!

The food was very fresh and good, but they were out of shrimp sauce, which is bizarre for a seafood place. I have hopes they will get better, but it will take some work.
