We ordered online, paid, and came to pick it up as it was a pick up order. But we found out that our ENTIRE order was picked up by a door dasher and taken to someone else.
IT WAS A PICK UP ORDER!
So then not only do we not get any kind of apology or discount, but we have to wait another 40+ minutes to get our food! Absolutely ridiculous! 😡😡😡😡 #papajohnspizza

So I had a $60 dollar order and they got everything right besides one pizza, I called and told them, they got me my right pizza in under 20 minutes and I gotta say I am impressed! Super friendly on the phone and super dependable. 10/10 will order again

I needed a large order of Pizzas for an event. I called a few days ahead and spoke with the manager, Justin. He was very helpful and helped me get everything set up over the phone. The day I picked up all the pizzas were ready when I got there and had just been baked. I was very happy with the service Justin gave and our event went off without a hitch.
