Good afternoon…. I don’t normally take the time to do a review but felt that I really needed to . My husband and I were looking forward to nice meal after traveling all day. We saw your restaurant and said “ lets try them.” Our waitress was ery pleasant and took our order… came back a few minutes later and informed us that they were out of Ribs??? Its 5:15 pm and you are a Rib Restaurant??? Thats is why we chose that restaurant… so we regroup and order the pulled pork plate…. With potato chips and slaw… the chips were cold and hard… the pork was alot of very burnt pieces and cold… we expressed to our waitress how dissatisfied we were in our meal… she spoke with the manager and offered to take off our meals… which was kind but the Manager should have taken responsibility and come over to discuss the situation.., it was kind was kind we did mot have to pay , however we left the restaurant hungry .

We ordered ribs waitress comes back and says they have no more ribs so we order pulled pork with coleslaw and house fries everything was cold we complained and they took care of the bill great but it’s a rib place and out of ribs at 5 is not acceptable

Whole place is dirty, i cant imagine the kitchen … tables sticky, ants crawling around my food while ill eat, nasty bathroom, urine all over the ground- women and mens, my chicken was pink, my other meats were cold, soggy fries from all the meat juices, all for a high price :) come through

Very good grub and super friendly service. UPDATE: I went to Rib Crib again today because I hadn't been in quite a while. Their serving sizes are ridiculously small now, AND, it's more expensive. I mean RIDICULOUS SMALL!!! I know it doesn't matter to them, but they will not get anymore of my money. I can more food from Arby's for $9.

Excellent place EVERYTHING very clean and nice! Good parking and easy to get to, easy to see from Hwy 412. The service is very careful and pleasant
The nachos had a lot of chips and very little meat. I was very disappointed. The hamburger was okay. Then check out was confusing. I think the waitress should have told us she would check us out. We went to check in. Think the waitress got aggravated at us.

Three stars and not two because our waitress was so nice. Chicken breast: dry and flavorless. Brisket: dry and flavorless. Mashed potatoes and green breans: flavorless. French fries: soggy and taste like old grease. Daughters chicken tenders were put on top of pickles, so they taste like pickles. She had to take off the breading to eat them because she hates pickles. Only good thing was my son liked the hamburger and said we should have all just gotten that. This is the south, we're known for our rich flavors. You guys need to work on your recipes/menu. Thanks to our waitress for being so great!

30 minutes and never received our drink or the appetizer. When we asked how long it would be, with a red face, the poor girl vanished, overwhelmed, so we finally got up and left. What has happened to our restaurants? RibCrib was a great place to eat. They had 2 waitresses and they were working hard but overwhelmed by the crowd. The men's bathroom was so slippery I had to be careful. C'mon RibCrib, you're needed in Siloam. So many places can't find adequate help. Maybe this is the problem. The food is always great.
