I ordered through door dash and I got the Medium Turkey Original. The only modification I made was no signature sauce. On the menu on door dash and the menu on the website itself the sandwich is supposed to come with 2 types of salami, olives and onions as well as a pickle spear. I didn’t get any of these on my sandwich. This is something i could’ve made at home and saved money.

They only had 2 people working during a peak time which is after church. My friend and I are both handicapped and we had to stand and wait too long in pain and thus really ruined our visit. The food was good however.

Tom was so very accommodating with my order even though it had lots of tricky details. He was friendly and made me feel welcome and was glad to do everything he could to make my dining experience superb! Great choice for manager, Schlotskys!

Food is fair; French Dip is good. Have been 4 times and orders have been wrong or missing items 3 of those times. I haven't seen the front counter staffed since the first time I went at grand opening; kitchen staff in the back were attempting to run the front between making food in the back. Workers seem to be doing their best, but I'd put all of my experiences squarely on management.
Tom took good care of us; he came by our table to check on us. Our sandwiches and pizza were delicious. It was refreshing to sit at a clean table, too!

The restaurant was out of roast beef. The staff was friendly but when most the menu consists of roast beef?? I settled for pizza. It was different, sour dough made it good just tasted like it was made earlier and under a heat lamp.
