Ordered a slush and some fries waited for 45 mins while a bunch of kids talked and played around in the kitchen my stuff was just sitting out and by the time it got to me it was melted there was only 1 other car this isnt the first time either last time just ordered 1 soda and waited 20 mins it was just me and 2 other cars. Gentry sonic is just around the corner they are faster go there.

Be sure to check your order before you leave. Almost every time I have gone to this location I don't get my whole order. I guess it is my fault for not checking but it would be nice if they just got my order correct.

Me and my husband stopped by today, ordered our food, we had a lady taking our order, she was still learning and did great! But the manager kept scream at her, on how to do things! This poor girl didn’t deserve that and the manager really needs to learn how to work with her on how she can learn better or just succeed better! If you can’t handle that without yelling at your employees then you definitely shouldn’t be a manager! I think corporate needs to take a look at this and I will be contacting them over this issue! And to the girly that got screamed at, I pray things get better for you and I pray you don’t have to continue to have to work in a toxic environment!

I go to this sonic often and others in the area as well. Service has really declined. Dont know if it’s from being short handed or what but it routinely takes 10-15 to get a drink. And there’s not that many cars at the time. After many years I’m strongly considering someone else for drinks and food. Ridiculous!

Lenzy was my car hop and was very delightful to help me my card didn't scan on the order board and she was super nice about taking it in and scanning it and very energetic and happy to help! You are awesome girl! Keep it up we all need more people like you around! <3
If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Practically threw my food at me all because I asked why the wait was 30 min past what I had been told. And laughing the whole time. And the whole time my order was ready, they knew what stall I was in and purposely left us waiting.
