Extremely disappointed with how this location handles accountability and customer service. When an issue arises, the response feels dismissive and inadequate. Rather than making things right in a meaningful way, the gesture offered felt more like a token than a resolution. I expected better from a company that claims to value its customers. Definitely reconsidering my visits in the future.

Farewell Starbucks, I now need to boycott you after your rude employee handed my wife a cup of coffee without a secure lid on it (which your manager admitted to it not being secure and admitted on a recorded line that no one advised my wife that the lids did not fit) which spilt all over her, her phone and messed up the usb plug in’s in her car while messing up the interior. FYI it was caused by your employees negligence so it IS on you guys and a gift card is not going to fix her car, clothes or make up for negligent staff.

The guy at the drive thru was super rude to my husband (he was ordering and bringing me a coffee) and then when I went to drink it, it wasn’t even close to being full! Def not worth the money visiting this location.

I had to repeat my order several times at the Drive-Thru speaker, and even though it was repeated back to me correctly, I received the wrong order. I ordered a grande drink but received a tall, and I ordered regular egg bites, but received egg white bites. They remade the drink as a grande, but it wasn't even good. I didn't have time to call out the egg bites, but I wish I would have cuz they were not good either. My neighborhood Starbucks should be so thrilled that I have found a worse one than them....

Literally the only Starbucks that never has cold brew. Each time I go they’re always out. I rarely get a good tasting coffee there. The only Starbucks I have any complaints about. Sucks because it’s the closest one to me.
