Yesterday I stopped by this store and not only did I enjoy a great Subway sandwich but I got the Best Customer Service by Ryleigh! She acknowledged me as soon as I came through the doors and was very polite and friendly. She looked like she was happy to work there and most of all happy to see me there. I’ve been to other place where you can clearly see that the employees are not happy to work there but this was not the case with Ryleigh! Once she prepared my sandwich she offered to make sure I collected some points and asked if I wanted to use my $2 discount in points. As I was making payment, she also explained the new process of earning points at Subway and even took a brief moment to show me where to find my pints on my receipt and how many stamps I need for a free sandwich! This is truly what Customer Service is about! I highly recommend this place and hope that the rest of the employees take Ryleigh‘s example! I will definitely be stopping by soon!

First off I usually love subway, I'm a vegetarian so I always get the veggie delight. I recently moved here and I am about to give up on the siloam spring location. They put so few toppings that the bread is 80% of the sandwich. Today the last 2 inches where only sauce and cheese........ It's a veggie sandwich, you have to put veggies on it to fill the bread, at least put more than a sprinkle of lettuce to try to fill it. Very disappointed, my old location was amazing.

This is my second time ordering online from this location, as i recently moved and all I’ll say is if you want good quality go to a different location. Every time i have ordered/been in person the produce is old and disgusting, and the experience is disappointing. I tried to give it a chance but, as for today i ordered and the produce again is old. I also asked for extra mayo and they put like a drop, there was basically nothing, i actually almost thought they just didn’t add it at all. For the money its not worth it as the difference is night and day when i eat at other locations.

The subways artist Patrick was very helpful with my indecision and was very knowledgeable and helped open my mind to new and delicious items that I wouldn't have tried otherwise being set in my own ways the sub was a masterpiece and drove my taste buds crazy I will definitely return to see Patrick again to try more of his amazing options of food he was a great team worker and with the others there was got me in and out pretty snappy thank u for the amazing service I will return for his sandwiches for sure
