Traditionally these stores aren't ever full, and the wait times aren't long, service is great, but the soda machines always got at least 1 or 2 that dont taste right or lacking in flavor.

I’m just not impressed with subway anymore the prices of the price you can go sit down in the steakhouse and eat at so I pay $15 for a foot-long sub. It’s not even a foot-long when you can go sit down and have you know grilled chicken and loaded, baked potato and other sides and homemade bread and free drinks like they do at Callahan‘ssteakhouse

Just went in with only 30 minutes til close & was pleasantly surprised at the polite, attentive worker Austin. He made me feel welcomed and provided timely service. Really made me feel like a valued customer. As a former employee of a Subway this was so encouraging to see his very intentional personality! Will definitely be back.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. It would be a 1 star, but i know it's not the employees' fault. I have always loved Subway, but i am extremely disappointed by this company, and i have really questioned if i ever want to give Subway my money ever again. Their treatment of their customers has left a bad taste in my mouth for their food. I normally order on the app, but the past 2 times in a row, my order has been canceled. First time i just reordered it after being assured my order wouldn't be canceled again. However, the second time i was with my son and the cost was more for our food. I didn't have the funds to reorder and pay again. Nothing was offered to me for the time i waisted and the money the company took. My special needs son wasn't even offered a cookie as he cried from not being able to eat lunch. We didn't get any lunch that day, and Subway didn't seem to care in the slightest as a company. I messaged their tech department about the issue with the app and their response was pretty much, "oh sorry, but you'll get your money back" Awesome, i will tell my nonverbal crying child that we will get the money back for it which apparently fixes everything. NOT. Luckily, he hasnt requested Subway after therapy again, i guess he doesn't want to be disappointed again. DO BETTER SUBWAY.

Kid-friendliness: They didnt care about my special need child not getting his food. Their solution was for me to double pay that day. And thats only if i ordered through the app again because they would not honor any deal if i ordered in store

I got a vege sandwich and there was hardly any veges. I little strip of lettuce. No cheese. I could have made one at home way better. Next time I won’t bother with subway in Siloam Springs

Why is there a lady wearing pajama pants and had no hussle during a rush and almost forgot to wear gloves and tried to wrap up my sandwich with just meat and cheese? everyone else was doing an amazing job though!
