VERY DISAPPOINTED. It would be a 1 star, but i know it's not the employees' fault. I have always loved Subway, but i am extremely disappointed by this company, and i have really questioned if i ever want to give Subway my money ever again. Their treatment of their customers has left a bad taste in my mouth for their food. I normally order on the app, but the past 2 times in a row, my order has been canceled. First time i just reordered it after being assured my order wouldn't be canceled again. However, the second time i was with my son and the cost was more for our food. I didn't have the funds to reorder and pay again. Nothing was offered to me for the time i waisted and the money the company took. My special needs son wasn't even offered a cookie as he cried from not being able to eat lunch. We didn't get any lunch that day, and Subway didn't seem to care in the slightest as a company. I messaged their tech department about the issue with the app and their response was pretty much, "oh sorry, but you'll get your money back" Awesome, i will tell my nonverbal crying child that we will get the money back for it which apparently fixes everything. NOT. Luckily, he hasnt requested Subway after therapy again, i guess he doesn't want to be disappointed again. DO BETTER SUBWAY.

Kid-friendliness: They didnt care about my special need child not getting his food. Their solution was for me to double pay that day. And thats only if i ordered through the app again because they would not honor any deal if i ordered in store

I got a vege sandwich and there was hardly any veges. I little strip of lettuce. No cheese. I could have made one at home way better. Next time I won’t bother with subway in Siloam Springs

Why is there a lady wearing pajama pants and had no hussle during a rush and almost forgot to wear gloves and tried to wrap up my sandwich with just meat and cheese? everyone else was doing an amazing job though!

No sense of customer service at this Subway. We waited for nearly 20+ minutes while they slowly filled many online orders. One of the workers heard us discussing the meatball sub but it was another 10 minutes before they told us they were out. Such a shame. Our family used to love eating here.

They do not put enough meat on the subway.

Clean and friendly environment.
Food was absolutely amazing, I am very picky and need my sandwiches done a certain way, Rima was very helpful and even made some recommendations!! She's respectful, attentive, motivated and hardworking, was also training other employees. I love this place thank you so much. Will be going back!

What an awesome experience- the young man behind the counter today was so friendly, professional, worked with urgency to take care of his customers. The dining room is clean, and the bathrooms. I have the kid a high five pin I was so impressed!

Another product that doesn't come the way it's advertised, the $3 dippers. No cheese on the pep&cheese dipper. Quality of food has gone way down over the years, but hey, quantity over quality huh. Forget the consumers that make these places rich. It's about gouging prices everywhere we go.

So.. I do not enjoy writing negative reviews The food was so amazing! I was just kind of taken a back a little bit when I ordered. The lady seemed kind of "surprised " at my order. I ordered what I get at every subway I go to. She was a little bit rude. She kept making comments and asking if it was for me. I replied it was for me. The thing was, she did not ask me if I wanted a 6" or 1' long. So she gave me a foot long, which is why she kept making comments about it if it was for me. I absolutely love Subway, and the food is always amazing, but I'm not sure I'll be back to this subway unless attitudes change. For sure, after I just get off work. Anyways, the food was amazing, but the service was not.
