Great food and service, raining moved the live music inside, so very hard to have a conversation with the group we were eating with.

1800’s house converted to a restaurant. Still remodeling. Tables were old office desk and dining room sets. Tables were sticky due to poor restoration efforts. On the other hand, food was great.

We were lured to the Park House Kitchen by the scenic picturesque charm of downtown Siloam Springs area.

We were welcomed upon arrived and seated immediately. Our server brought us our drinks but then it took awhile to get our orders placed. I will say some of that was in part to our needing to decide but by the time we were ready our server was not around. Finally once we placed our orders it took 30 min for our appetizer to arrive and another 15 for our entrée. We almost canceled the appetizer because it was taking so long.

We also noticed others who were waiting. It seemed like everyone around us was just waiting as much as much as we were. Whether it was a couple trying to get a check and boxes to go, or another couple waiting on food and even a whole family waited a while to just get their order placed. We could each hear each other's conversations in the dinning area. And we rarely seen our server. Meanwhile, others who came in that seemed to be regulars that the people working knew... would be seated, get drinks, and even have their appetizers and food orders taken and placed before everyone else who wait was patiently waiting. You could definitely tell the favoritism that abides within the work place of this restaurant. That's not equality at all.

Now I will say we ordered the buffalo chicken dip with chips as it was reccomended by the server to us. The dip was delicious but the chips seemed to come right out of the bag and was not impressed. Then we both ordered burgers. I got the Caprese and my partner went with the California. I will say these burgers were this restaurants only saving grace. As for sides, he went with fries and I choose the salad with housemade raspberry vinegrette. I would reccomend both as equally delicious. For dessert we shared the fudge brownie and honestly, it was worth skipping. It was more of a cake-like brownie rather than fudge. It could have been labeled chocolate cake.

Overall, the restaurant would be a whole vibe. It even has a nice spot outside and has cute patio style lights. It has the small town charm. With all the waiting we did, I had time to look up the house's history and found out it used to be an old hotel. So that's cool. But it just isn't worth the hassel of waiting and seeing others who just came in being serviced before you as if your an unimportant guest. It should not take two people nearly an hour and a half to have a single meal... when the majority of the time was spent waiting. When I mentioned how long everything took, the waiter did have our dessert rushed out to us quickly.

Please do better. Great burgers. Poor quality service.

I came here for the first time on my way driving home to Kansas City. If we are ever in this area again we'll want to be back! The food is very good the cocktails are very good and our waiter Gene was very friendly and peculiar. Gene was very knowledgeable about the area of historical Siloam Springs. The bar keep lady whose name I do not get was very skilled at her job. I enjoy that Gene tried to speak a bit of Spanish to my mother who knows no English my mother felt happy. The salads are huge! The burger are huge!

We showed up spontaneously just in time for late night karaoke on a Saturday night. Great crowd, seasonal drinks and Halloween decor were cool (the Havest Moon pictured), service was amazing. We sat on the patio and enjoyed everyone who sang. Lots of creative options for food (the fries did not disappoint) and it was a great night all around. So glad we stopped here. Would definitely go back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
