I like the Pomegranate plunge. But, I change out the strawberries for blueberries. But, sometimes they don't get order right. Today, the blueberries were not substituted for the strawberries. ? Without blueberries, it's just not the same.

Watch out they don't get your order right. I ordered the Santa Fe Chicken Dilla got chicken and cheese ONLY. Makes me question if they put the add ons in my smoothie.

I have been here multiple times I work close to the area sometimes I have excellent service that’s if the manager or maybe person in charge is working or helping this day . If not the employees r running around looking for help or so on and the waitis long and nothing is right like a simple no tomato . I know I’m not the only one but I wouldn’t recommend going here pass 2/3pm

I love the smoothies with whey protein for my breakfast. It fills me up and gives me a boost of energy.

This is the worst tropical smoothie in NWA. The burritos are smaller and they charge $1 for each small salsa. The other tropical smoothie locations don't charge for salsa and have always been great. I won't waste my money on this place again.

I really can't tell you what my favorite food is, there's too many options that I like, but my favorite drink is the Paradise Point, wife likes the Jetty Punch, and my mom likes the Chia Banana Boost. Here you'll get professional/polite service.

Tropical smoothie has been one of my favorite places to eat since I moved to Siloam a few years ago, but unfortunately it’s been going down hill lately and I won’t be going back. I decided to give it one last chance- I ordered a 3 cheese chicken quesadilla, a chipotle chicken club add extra chicken, and a smoothie. I was given a kids cheese quesadilla that was old and hard, and got charged $2 for extra chicken and couldn’t tell a difference. The smoothie was watered down and chunky. I really wish it was still worth it to go here.

Love the food but the drive thru wait was 21 minutes and our smoothies were melted.

Terrible food quality. I recently moved here and one of my favorite places to eat is tropical smoothie. Sadly though due to the quality of the food at the Siloam Springs one, I am not longer a fan. Once they served me a chicken bacon ranch Flatbread with breaded chicken that tasted as if it came from Walmart. Today my boss picked up some food and the southwest wrap she got for me is burnt, no egg, and 99% spinach. From now on I will only be getting smoothies from here.
