Nothing more embarrassing than ordering food thru drive thru and having ur card get declined so I check the balance first almost every time. Tonight is no exception but still it got declined. The sweetheart at the window was more than understanding and felt compelled to let me have my sandwich anyways. I will be back!! Customer for life here. Very pleasant attitude and good food. What else could u want?

The food is amazing, but it’s incredibly slow, it can take 20 minutes easy in the drive through, with just me in the line. Would be a five star place if they could speed the drive through up.

Just experienced perfection at drive thru w/ Bailey. Superb cust service, she clearly knows her job VERY well. Hope they appreciate how devoted she is to this compant. Also: day time Lawrence, Fantastic emplyee. We need more great people like these! Give this Place positive reviews if you have! Siloam Springs has truly worked hard to get this place 'hoppin'!
