Staff is always upbeat and friendly, and ready to do whatever it takes to make your drink just the way you want it! They have lots of dietary options for people who might want a replacement for sugar or milk/dairy ingredients. They are kid friendly and pet friendly which is a major plus to a kid and animal lover like myself! My whole family looks forward to 7 Brew drive-through! Even my dog! Because he knows he will get a treat every time. LOL

They wont hire you if your not in college and they very much discriminate against age. I brought this up to management and they said they would have someone call me to discuss this. Its been over 7 months now and all I get is ignored when I call to ask if someone is still willing to talk. I just wanted a 5 minute phone-call and no one will give the time of day and they treat you as a joke if you have a serious issue brought to there attention

Kim at the sunset location is arrogant and incredibly condescending. She had no respect for me or my husband. I very much hope I don’t ever have to deal with her “service” again. I’d highly recommend management reevaluate her employment.

I love 7brew so my bestie bought me a gift card. When I went to use it, it was not activated with $. Her debit card was still charged for the transaction. She wrote and email and called with no responses so I called as well and left a message. It has been several weeks now and neither of us have had anyone call to resolve the issue. There is no way to get Management to respond to issues like this. With the holidays coming up I had planned on getting gift cards from 7brew but am nervous to do so after this experience.
