I love 7brew so my bestie bought me a gift card. When I went to use it, it was not activated with $. Her debit card was still charged for the transaction. She wrote and email and called with no responses so I called as well and left a message. It has been several weeks now and neither of us have had anyone call to resolve the issue. Staff is always upbeat and friendly, and ready to do whatever it takes to make your drink just the way you want it! They have lots of dietary options for people who might want a replacement for sugar or milk/dairy ingredients. They are kid friendly and pet friendly which is a major plus to a kid and animal lover like myself! My whole family looks forward to 7 Brew drive-through! Even my dog!
