Nothing was ready at open hours. 15 minute wait for 1 pizza and I'm the second customer. Nothing is clean
This place is HORRIBLE. My wife spent an hour trying to call the store and place an order while I drove from Bentonville to hopefully pick up some dinner. Nobody ever answered, close to an hour goes by and I finally pull up to the store.
Nobody knows where the phone is, lady behind the counter is hollering “has anyone seen the phone?” while telling me it’s going to be a 45 minute wait.
I just can’t with this store anymore. I hope they shut...read full review

Waited nearly an hour for my food. Went to go inside and they had the door locked. Finally someone came out and I asked for my money back. Little Caesars Pizza is known for its great pizza, with the Detroit style pizza being a favorite among customers. The restaurant maintains cleanliness, and prices remain very reasonable. Most orders are quick, with customers often receiving their pizzas in 15 minutes or less. The crust is usually toasted to perfection, making it ideal for dipping in sauce. Although the staff is friendly and efficient, there have been times when service can feel awkward, especially during pick-ups, as some employees may be distracted. Customers highly recommend the regular or extra pepperoni pizza and appreciate the quick service. However, some recent experiences have noted issues with the pizza quality, including concerns about the amount of sauce and dough being undercooked. Overall, the restaurant continues to be a popular choice for pizza lovers, especially for those who opt for delivery.
