Schlotzsky's in this location has had its ups and downs. Recent updates - paint, newer lights and better cushioned seating certainly help improve the impression. We had the Deluxe Original on sourdough (yum!) which was enough to share with water and a bag of chips. It was a good experience. They got the order correct (which hasn't always been the case in the past).
I forgot how good the food is here. Also, the employees here have very good customer service, and care about the cleanliness. When they ask if everything is ok, you feel like they actually care.

Regular customer for years. Food is good, service is getting better but one thing that is starting to get iterating is the constant lack of soft drink selections. Constantly out of Coke Zero, Diet Coke, etc. Please implement a long term fix to never run out of soft drink selections.
