First time ever going here and it was pretty good. They were slammed with catering orders and online orders but still managed to get us taken care of for lunch. Will be back for sure. The music choice was on point as well.

I’ve been here a few times now and the staff really puts a smile on my face every time. Even when they’re busy they still tend to get your order taken and served in the nick of time. Cady so far has absolutely been my favorite, I can almost expect a pleasant conversation with her when I see her and she’s always working the hardest she can. If you need a place to stop by for a bite this is the place.

I am utterly disgusted. They cut my sandwich with a dirty knife. I know this because there was mustard in the cut area on a sandwich that does not have mustard…. I am allergic to mustard seed, so I never order anything with it. Also, the drive-through lady had a bit of an attitude which was not warranted! I won’t be back!!

We eat here often. They seem to change management alot. Today's food was so bad. Cold sandwiches that didn't look like they were tosted at all, no pickle, no tooth picks. The kitchen just phoned it in. Will try them again later atleast one more time. Hopefully this is a fluke.

Went through the drive through. Had to pull up and wait for the sandwich. It’s a sandwich! It was 2 in the afternoon. There were no other customers. How long does that take? Then the young man handed me the bag and said “Here’s your sandwich”. No sorry for your wait. Maybe even a thank you! He was rude and then I discovered after I left there wasn’t even a napkin in the bag. Service at this location is horrible. The young woman taking the order was nice. The other person clearly either hates his job or hates people or both. Customer service training is needed!!!

Service for this location has gone down hill quickly in the past couple of months! Placed my order and pulled up to pay and was told to move up and wait. Well that wait became almost 25 minutes with three other cars getting their orders before I even received mine. I was just about to get out and go into the store as they proceeded to bring my order to me. To top things off, when I got back to my office, I had said no red onion and guess what was on the sandwich, RED ONIONS! Also not sure what they used to warm the sandwich, but it was almost inedible as the bread and part of the meat were charred to a crisp. I paid $14 for a burned to a crisp sandwich! It will be a while before I go back here again for lunch as this is not the Schlotzsky's it use to be!
