Wonderful bread, pastries, and desserts. I recently bought a cake for my sister's birthday, a mocha tres leches cake. It was very good saturated through although it was not soggy. I think they do a great job with the cake technique. The lady asked me if I would like the finishing touch of writing Happy birthday.
