“Went in on a Saturday morning 10/18 Marine(not sure that’s spelled correctly) was working the front seemed like by herself (there was another girl there) she maintained friendliness was very professional while she took orders served food fixed drinks and greeted everyone who walked through the doors plus taking phone calls… you never felt like you were being ignored or forgotten!!! “I’ve loved Patrick’s for 30 years. I hate that I had a first ever complaint. The kids running the counter and kitchen needed supervision. I ordered the special and the cooks said they didn’t want to make the Bigfoot burger special. I said no worries I’ll take a cheese burger. After an hour wait our table got food and it was all cold and I did get a Bigfoot which looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger. First time ever I didn’t want or could eat the food. Won’t hold this against years of excellence. But it was a bad experience.“
