“I decided to come to this Wendy’s for the first time after waiting in the McDonald’s drive-through across the street for 20 minutes just to put in my order. The staff at the Wendy’s were so kind they were very quick to take my order and they gave me my food very quickly while still keeping my food, hot and fresh. Chris specifically was very nice and helpful. Will be coming back again.“

“Went in on a Saturday morning 10/18 Marine(not sure that’s spelled correctly) was working the front seemed like by herself (there was another girl there) she maintained friendliness was very professional while she took orders served food fixed drinks and greeted everyone who walked through the doors plus taking phone calls… you never felt like you were being ignored or forgotten!!! Best service I’ve had out in a very long time.. Keep up the great work lady!!“

“I’ve loved Patrick’s for 30 years. I hate that I had a first ever complaint. The kids running the counter and kitchen needed supervision. I ordered the special and the cooks said they didn’t want to make the Bigfoot burger special. I said no worries I’ll take a cheese burger. After an hour wait our table got food and it was all cold and I did get a Bigfoot which looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger. First time ever I didn’t want or could eat the food. Won’t hold this against years of excellence. But it was a bad experience.“

“After 15 years still the absolute best wings and sauce selection in NWA. My son said our server Paxton was fantastic and awesome. This was a very good way to describe the attentiveness he showed in making sure we had everything we needed at all times. Great addition to the team.“

“The screens are always broken when I come here to order. Some of the stalls show you how much you're paying, but most none of them allow you to add a tip because the screen just goes black with a bunch of writing all over it. Whoever is running this location should get these fixed so their team members can earn more money.
