Terrible customer service when online order was wrong. $30 for sandwiches that were wrong. Ordered combos and they didn’t even have ice for the drinks. When I called they didn’t care and didn’t offer a resolution. We reordered from subway for half the price.

Last time I ordered catering I arrived to my event and was missing almost half my order. I wanted to give them another shot so I placed a catering order last night and called to get verbal confirmation that it would be ready. I get here today and the manager tells me he has nothing in the system for my order. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Will not be using their services again.

I just went out of the place. The cashier wasn’t disrespectful but had a very bad attitude. Customer service is what makes the customer comes back. Even if the restaurant is closing soon, always has to be nice with people. Rule #1 of customer service. Plus if he didn’t want to attend customers should have turned off the “Open” sign.

Ordered gluten free hook & ladder with only lettuce, tomato, light mayo & banana peppers.Was rang up by manager as:Gluten free hook & ladder no onions add light cucumbers.Didn’t read order back so didn’t notice until ate into it.Came as fully loaded minus onions, with cucumbers.When I let him know, I was just asked if I wanted a side of banana peppers.(The other 2 sandwiches were made fine)Horrible experience.Dietary restrictions: Food allergies, which is why I ordered what I did. Could’ve been very bad if I didn’t notice it was made wrong.

I order from here often, but lately, it's been horrible. Today, i got what looked and tasted like 4 day old bread. Hard and cracked on top. I love Firehouse Subs, but I will go further from my house for a better sandwich.
