I absolutely love Firehouse and most of their locations, and this specific one is THE flagship store in all of Northwest Arkansas. All of the staff are efficient, friendly, and can make a damn good sub. It's very rare when they make mistakes on my orders, but they fix them extremely quickly when I point them out. They knock it out of the park compared to every other location I've been to.
Great good. Good staff. Restaurant is small but clean. On a busy day you probably will find it difficult to eat in. Most all seats are metal. Not the cozies place to eat.Got the Hook and Ladder to go. Only took about 3-4 minutes to get my sandwich.I added their pepper sauce to my sandwich and it was fantastic.
