“We went to taste the food as we were considering El Chefe for our caterer for our wedding, and we will be having him! The food was absolutely delicious! Quesabirria, tacos, rice and beans, and the agua fresca, pineapple. Food was authentic and absolutely delicious! Cannot wait to have him there for our big day! Will be going back to eat when it comes to Mexican Food. Thank you Manny!“

“Extremely good food. I met my wife for a quick lunch meetup since it was in the middle of where we were for the day (we both travel for work) and we shared four of the spicier shrimp tacos. Easily the best I have ever had. This past summer we spent a week in San Diego and ate shrimp tacos several times and these were better than any we had while there.“

“Loved this lil food truck! Ya'll the aroma of the food they were making while waiting was so mouth watering. I had the quesaberrias (3 of em with rice and beans) Hubs had the carne asada burrito. Both so gooood. Service was great. They were so hospitable. Def. will be back soon!!“
