Ordered Red curry chicken and barely there's chicken. Never opt this place. Food not tasy

First time here today. Absolutely wonderful! Service and food were great. Will be back. Highly recommend.

Went today for a Lo Mein to pick up, told me 15 minutes and gave me my order until 1 hour later. It’s been three times where they take this long. Will not be back.

I highly recommend their curry, the yellow curry was amazing, perfect level of spice! The crab Rangoon tasted great and they aren't super greasy like some other places make them!

I finally found a hidden gem in Northwest Arkansas serving delicious Hawaiian food—let me introduce you to Homie Thai Food and Grilled in Springdale, AR!

This afternoon, I was craving an Agua Fresca, but as I parked, a sign in the window caught my eye: Loco Moco. Instantly, a wave of excitement hit me, and I knew my plans had just changed—I had to try something at Homie’s.

Walking in, I was warmly greeted by a kind and humble man, who I later found out was Homie himself. As we chatted about the Loco Moco, our conversation drifted to some of my other favorites, like Chicken Katsu. Homie confirmed they served it and also recommended the Kalbi Ribs as another great option. Without hesitation, I went with the Chicken Katsu—a personal favorite.

While waiting (about 12-15 minutes), I sipped on my Diet Coke and learned more about Homie’s background. He’s originally from Laos and learned to cook Hawaiian food while living in Waikiki. He started Homie’s as a food truck in Springdale before opening the current restaurant almost six years ago.

When my food arrived, I was blown away. The fried rice had large, flavorful chunks of egg and onion—something I’d never seen prepared with such huge pieces, but absolutely loved. The Chicken Katsu was perfectly breaded, and the sauce had just the right amount of tang. I also ordered fresh spring rolls (chicken and shrimp) with a fantastic peanut sauce.

To top it all off, Homie surprised me with something special—his wife’s Mango Sticky Rice. This dish is one of my all-time favorites, and she absolutely nailed it. Served warm with a rich, coconut milk sauce, it was next-level delicious.

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this spot and will definitely be coming back frequently. My food was really good. This is Thai food that tastes like an upper Thai expensive restaurant.

But it's in a little café style place . I actually do not prefer eating there. But I do like their food. Can't really complain about any of the things I've ordered.

I did pay more than I was expecting. I got a 2 eggrolls, red curry that had shrimp and chicken with rice . But this may be because their food is more fresh and not a lot of prepackaged frozen things. $26

So fresh, so delicious!

Orange chicken stir fry
The sauce was most likely made there the chicken was fresh and definitely not prepackaged which is a good sign

Fried rice
Ingredients were fresh and the rice was cooked perfectly the vegetables and seasonings were fresh and flavorful

Moco moco
"It all went well together, balanced flavor and nutrientional value"
It was something new and good fresha nd had a nice variety of flavors the chili sauce nice and spicy

Deep fried tilapia
The fishy taste wasn't very strong meaning it was fresh. It was flavorful with seasoning. The rice complimenting the nice umami tilapia flavor.

Khao piak sen
Noodles were a good texture it flavorful and light. Not overspiced. It was a perfect noodle soup and was filling.

Bubble tea
This isn't technically a food but i just wanted to say the tapioca was definitely made there through simmering because it was soft and fluffy. Typically prepackaged bobas are... Chewey. But the tapioca here was done perfectly 💕

I love this place, the food is good and they’re so welcoming. I get tofu fried rice it’s my favorite way of eating fried rice ever since they introduced me to it + veggie spring rolls. It’s sooo good.
