I usually NEVER complain. But tonight was the first and last time I will eat at the Little Caesars in Springdale, AR. I waited 30 minutes for my “hot and ready” pizzas. I honestly would have been fine waiting had anyone explained it was going to take that long. The person In line behind me got their 3 pizzas 10 minutes before I finally at the 30 minute mark decided to go into the store to request a refund. Luckily by that time the pizzas were ready. Absolutely no service at the Drive Thru on 7/30/2020 @ 5pm. Wasn't worth the drive from Fayetteville
