Every time even if there is not 1 single car behind you you will be pulled forward or over to one of the reserved spots for drive-thru to wait for 10 min's. And chances are also reallll good that your order will be wrong / missing something.

I have no choice but to give them 1star… came into the restaurant and ordered then had to use the bathroom , which BTW was destroyed, and they were out of toilet paper. After requesting to have it filled the manager had the nerve to PLACE THE TOILET PAPER ON THE COUNTER AND WALK AWAY. This has got to be the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and run by management who do not care about ANYTHING.

I have worked for the Mathews years ago and to start off they false advertise 26-38 an hour for maintenance but when you apply they offer you 11 an hour. I complained about false advertising so they gave me 13 an hour a far cry from 26 -38 an hour and then I go into hospital for a medical issue that took place And they let me go..

Have been waiting in drive thru line for 45 minutes and there are still 6 cars in front of us. Have seen more people leave than have been served. Seen several employees meandering through lobby or standing around at front register and the lobby is closed.

Luanne was very rude. They were very dismissive. Horrible service. Corporate doesn't even care about what the employees do. Corporate is useless and tasteless.

I have been a teacher with the Springdale Schools for over 25 yrs(Southwest Jr. High and Harber High School) and I stop by one of your stores at least 2/3 days each morning during the school year. I feel like your company has always strived to offer the Community great service with a smile and a good price. Thank you for dedicated service to the Community and the Springdale School System. Went through the McDonalds on Berryville on Saturday afternoon and they were out of lemon. I asked to speak to the manager and he said they won’t get more in until Tuesday. I suggested he go NEXT DOOR to Walmart and buy some and his response was he is waiting on the general manager. No wonder they are at the bottom!

Went to the McDonald’s today over off of 49 and Elmsprings Road. There was no one at the front counter by the two cash registers several people came in along with me and we waited a long time but nobody ever looked our direction so two of the people walked out and finally I had to holler does anybody want to take our order in this restaurant and then they finally turned their head and looked and came over and helped me. Now that they have the little computers in there for people to place their orders the customer Service has tanked. Not everybody wants to place their own orders or on a computer screen that takes 10 times as long to do versus telling a person behind the counter. I watched a bunch other people leave because they don’t man the counter anymore. I told the lady that the least they could do is turn their head in that direction every 10 seconds to see if somebody has come in the door. Their total focuses on filling the orders and forgettingThat they have two cash registers on the counter with people standing there wanting to place their order in person. McDonald’s has gone downhill and customer service
