Every time even if there is not 1 single car behind you you will be pulled forward or over to one of the reserved spots for drive-thru to wait for 10 min's. And chances are also reallll good that your order will be wrong / missing something.
I have no choice but to give them 1star… came into the restaurant and ordered then had to use the bathroom , which BTW was destroyed, and they were out of toilet paper. After requesting to have it filled the manager had the nerve to PLACE THE TOILET PAPER ON THE COUNTER AND WALK AWAY. This has got to be the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and run by management who do not care about ANYTHING.

THE DISTRICT MANAGER WILL NOT RETURN RETURN MY CALL REFERRING TO THE BRENT ALABAMA MCDONALDS. A retired veteran was ignored and the rest of the story has been shared. TERRIBLY RUDE EMPLOYEES AT THIS MCDONALDS.Kid-friendliness: The atmosphere, because of the employees were totally non kid atmosphere.
