I will start with saying I too work in the food service industry. Therefore I am far more understanding than most but also can identify the cause of poor food quality.It was 6pm so definitely during dinner rush. I will point out it is also spring break and all restaurants have been bust at unusual paces and leave little to no time to stop and catch your breath or get a bathroom break. Ordered a double fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. Didn't order hair but got hair in my first bite. At least an 17" long piece. Called the store and they were RUDE and argued with me instead of offering to make it right by giving me my money back. Instead I was told "they wear hats". Obviously that's not enough! I work hard for my money and don't want to waste it on bad food and bad service. I'm reporting them to the health department. I just wanted my 6.00 back but apparently...read full review

This is the worst McDonald’s. They get my order wrong all the time and this morning I asked for extra syrup at the speaker and it wasn’t in my bag and when I asked for it they charged me 80 CENTS!! For a tiny syrup?!?! ?
