Pizza Hut in Springdale

“We love Pizza Hut, unfortunately we don’t have one in our town & rarely get have the opportunity to get it. Today we stopped on our way home & did a carry out. I ordered on the app, got great deals, it was hot & ready when we arrived. My husband and I agree we will drive 35-40 minutes(one way) just to get pizza from this location & its also the closest one to us a big win/win for us. Y’all are amazing!“

“We were given the wrong order at pickup, and didn't realize it until we got home. We called to mention it so the restaurant would be aware, and also that the "Your order was checked by..." at the bottom of the receipt was blank, so there wasn't anybody checking the accuracy of the order. We spoke to Abby who not only apologized, but rectified it immediately even though I doubt she was the one who made the mistake. She has such a pleasant way about her and shows empathy. That seems harder to find these days and is so appreciated. Her customer service is top notch and she is an asset to your restaurant, so we want to make sure she is recognized. This is the location at 2921 S Old Missouri Rd in Springdale, Arkansas. We usually get Domino's pizza, but will order PH and go to this location from now on because of her.
