Pizza Hut in Joplin

“I haven't been inside Pizza Hut on Rangeline Joplin for quite some time. I was pleasantly surprised. It has been remodeled. Clean and inviting atmosphere. The waitress/server was extremely pleasant and helpful. The pizza is fantastic as always!“

“When I contacted this restaurant, I was very concerned for my sister who was admitted to the hospital in Joplin. Instead of sending flowers, I wanted to send her favorite pizza! When Nick answered the phone from the very beginning to the very end, he went above and beyond when it comes to exceeding expectations When it comes to customer service!

In my line of work, I spend a lot of time on the phone/handling clients with my own Business. I can tell you firsthand that the definition of customer service in general should be rewritten due to all the computer, AI/Unfriendly,unhelpful personalities/ Or speaking to someone that is nice, but does not even understand your language and reads from a script!

I’m saying this because Nick was not only very efficient in his knowledge of the menu/specials/ and options. He was prompt, courteous, and kind! He went the extra effort to place a note on the box to provide some kind words to my sister and her family! I want to thank Pizza Hut in Joplin for helping me do something nice for my family being so far away!

Not only that but the wonderful delivery driver Endless not only called me to make sure she was at the right facility, but she also called me afterwards to describe in detail the joy brought to my family when she brought it into the room! I would also like to say that the manager Chelsea was amazing as well. She was so kind when I called her to Express my gratitude of her wonderful employees and overall experience. Leadership A+!!! It’s these little things that make a difference in life! I am grateful! 🙂
