The food is always consistently good , this time I tried the stuffed portobello... so rich , so good !! You'll be doing yourself a favor to make Renzo's one of your regular places.

Gave me Alfredo in a hefty microwaveable container that looked and tasted like it was from the night before.

Starting with my service, amazing. I come in and Megan the bartender, always takes great care of me. Same with the rest of the staff very welcoming. My food was absolutely delicious. Chicken carbonara is a must. I recommend 5 stars all around.

We walked and were seated. One of the waiters was drinking tea and filled up his tea bottle. He went to the tea dispenser and put the lip on the bottle right to the tea dispenser and filled his bottle. Tell me be clear. He stuck what he had his lips on to the tea dispenser.
The soup was luke warm. The bread came after the appetizer. The Marsala was lukewarm warm. The pork chop was delicious.

Pretty abysmal service and food. We’re there for 2 hours total and took about 30 minutes in between getting refills and food out. By the time food was out it was a bit cold and soggy . Service was pretty bad too, I get that they were understaffed but the server also spent half the time talking about stories and very over explanative when she could’ve saved half the time. 1/5 do not recommend eating here unless you bring your own food and knives while you wait. Yes they don’t have knives tooo.

I only order takeout usually so i can't comment on service or atmosphere but MAN the meatball subs are so freaking good. I can't speak on anything else because the subs are so good I can't break away. Maybe I will eventually try something else on the menu.

20241116: Visited Renzo's in Springdale, AR, hoping for a pleasant dining experience, but it turned out to be quite mediocre. The wait staff, though clearly busy, took a significant amount of time to take our order. The food overall was marginal—appetizers arrived cold and overcooked, while the entrees of salmon with zoodles along with the chicken and shrimp with angel hair pasta were disappointingly bland. A notable option was the zoodles for keto diners, but they were undercooked and hard to enjoy though the salmon on top was cooked appropriately. One highlight was the bread, which was delicious, but it took asking to receive butter, oil and vinegar, and when we did, the butter was melted rather than in convenient pats. On the positive side, there was ample seating, and we only had a short wait even right after a Razorback game. However, the overall experience was underwhelming, and we won’t be returning.

Very poor service. My drink had been empty for 15 minutes and there's only 4 customers in here including myself. The food was good but not worth the price for the portions. I will not go back and do not recommend. You're better off going to the Applebee's next door

Disappointed.
I had Seafood Spiedini. There were 5 scallops & 5 shrimp grilled & served over a bed of rice. The rice was bland.
I felt the size and amount of protein was skimpy. There were 5 asparagus spears with the entree.
Also included was a small salad.
Salad was wilted & bruised. It was very small but only half of it was in any shape to consume (7 bites).
I ordered a side of bread which they should feel ashamed to charge the 4.99 price they do for premade white bread buns with very little flavor, very little butter and frankly dry & inedible.
To have paid over 30.00 for this meal is outrageous.
Pretty bummed.

The food has been terrible the last 2 times we ate there. The first time we thought ehh, maybe just a new cook. No, it was terrible today as well. Someone really enjoys cooking with salt.
They certainly don’t make food good enough to mix politics with business.

I could not recommend this place more! Starting off with food, we ordered the lasagna and the chicken parm and they were both incredible. The sauces had such a rich flavor. I have 0 complains about the service as well, our waitress was amazing. We are visiting from out of town and she made us feel right at home, even giving us extra bread to go. We sat outside and the ambiance was perfect. Overall, a 10/10 experience and a must try when visiting the area!!
