Best Sam’s Club in Arkansas. Very clean and convenient and great Member service.

I already pay for a membership to shop here and now I have to check myself out? There’s no option for a cashier, it’s self checkout only. You are paying 5+ employees to stand there and watch you check yourself out. There is nothing efficient about this practice and it’s terrible customer service. Customer service is non existent when the customer has to serve themselves.

Okay so I went to the store today I walked into the store asked the young lady up front about a cooler online and she said let me asked the manager and she did and he said oh she talking about the blue one we no longer have it even though it stated online it was in the store. So I went to my car to order for pick up and guess what they filled my order with no issue. Im so sick of being profiled or getting treated differently when I come inside these stores.
