I placed mobile order at 6:58pm in their driveway. app said order would be done at 7:08 pm, there was a car in front of us, they get their order and we finally get to the window at about 7:10 where we wait about 5 more minutes finally a girl comes to the window and says that they got a lot of mobile orders for pizza and there was only 3 other workers and they will try to get our order as soon as possible and to go park and they will bring it. We have been in line for over 43 minutes. We had an order of two sandwiches and no mother items. We received an apology only after we went inside to request our money back. We had pulled to the pickup window and were asked to “pull forward” where we waited for 7 of those 43 minutes. They said the oven had a “malfunction.” Strangely though, a customer had pulled in for curbside pickup 15 minutes prior, and received food within 2 minutes of arrival.
