I’ve been to hundreds of SB across the country and spent thousands over 25 years. This SB is hands down the best. All the girls, and Trey know my name and what I order. This was my first experience at a Starbucks which is the new one in the mercy parking lot on elm springs road in Springdale. I ordered oatmeal and said I wanted it with all the amenities she told me that the blueberries were tart do you still want them and I said sure it's supposed to come with brown sugar packets and nuts package and blueberry package then I asked for a tall size tea with space on top to add milk and 2 splendas. The staff at this Starbucks are so incredibly kind and cheery every morning! I frequent this Starbucks several days a week before work and they are always so fast and so nice (the 2 girls this morning in particular: 10/11 at 6am) , I recently had an issue with an order I placed through the app and they fixed it and on my next order- today- they got me the item I missed which was so unnecessary and overwhelmingly kind.
