We came to pick up our order and Bentley; the manager overcharged by adding a “supply fee” that probably goes to their tips, claiming that fee is for the fancy boxes and utensils—which is a lie. Who charges you a fee for to-go plates in which your food has to be in because it’s carry out/to-go???
On our way home, we checked our change and receipt, and were $10 short. We contacted the manager (Bentley), and he confirmed that they indeed short changed us. He never apologized, seemed indifferent and had absolutely no care in this matter. He basically stated, “come and get your money”.
We live a ways from the establishment. An Uber would charge me $40 to get there, and $40 to come back. He; Bentley (manager) didn’t seem to care about it when we asked why the service fee. Raised his hands and just said, “it is what it is”.
We also contacted Roy; the general manager by call, text & email, but he didn’t even bother to contact us. Not a care in the world, either.
If the owner of this restaurant would care, he would contact every customer with a negative review to make things right—and I’m pretty sure he hasn’t. Please DO NOT support these types of restaurants. Customers pay their salary, but they don’t care about the customer, period.

I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled shrimp and I waited a good 20 minutes. Other than the shrimp being extremely salty, the customer service was 100 and so was the atmosphere

I met my brother and mom and Rogers to celebrate my mom‘s birthday and spend time together for Christmas. We chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and we definitely will visit again when we are back in town. Thank you to the waiter and the manager, we appreciate your kindness and hospitality.

Food and service was fantastic. Me and my companions ordered the bone in ribeye steaks. Everything was cooked to perfection. I was disappointed in the appearance and flavor of my steak. The bone was not connected so the flavor of the marrow was missing. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

This is our go to steakhouse. The service is great. I’ve always had my steak served cooked to order. The Pork Chop Marsala is outstanding! Watch for the daily specials as well. We often bring out of town family here.
Kid-friendliness: We had our family day of 14 in the party room. We had a great time. ages 2-70.

This place never disappoints me! Their food and service are always great!
We waited and waited and waited then two of our party of four got their dinners and then we waited and waited and waited, almost 20 minutes and finally got ours!! The manager was ineffective, the waiter had zero idea what he was doing, two different chicken dishes were terrible! This establishment is over billed as a quality steak place and totally under delivers. This disrupted and disappointed our last evening with a pre-holiday family dinner. Oh and lastly that was the worst calamari I've ever eaten!

Have been here multiple times since they opened. The food has always been consistent. I’ve had different waitstaff each time and always had great service. Tonight our waiter was Tyler, he was great. Very personable and always made sure we had anything we needed. Our drinks were always full and empty plates picked up and respected our conversation without interrupting. Definitely coming back. I’ve commented to the manager before about how knowledgeable the staff is about the menu and have never been steered wrong with their suggestions.
