The All American Steakhouse & Sports Theater

Our first time here. The food was very, very good. (5) Super menu and reasonably priced. They were busy, so service was spotty. (4) And it was very noisy, but it's a sports bar. (4). But for just the food? Yeah, it's worth it.

Serf and turf so yummy, I will go back again.service was very good and friendly.

Disappointing visit.
Ordered a steak came out raw.
Manager took it back and threw back on the grill ..came back still raw. Offered some appetizer cards to come back and a small discount on the meal, yet never received a good steak.
Our server was excellent, but if you’re going to a steakhouse I’d hope they could make a good steak. Seems others have had the same issue below.

Good food and good service

Service, impeccable. Lovely young woman seated me immediately (should this have been a clue?). Another lovely young woman server took my order. Didn’t warn me the the au gratin potato’s were, in her opinion also, inedible. I choked down half of my steak before giving up. Thank god for a half way decent cocktail. New chef time folks. Someone who knows how to not sin with food. All in all, I won’t be coming back and recommend you skip it too until you see a banner out on the street saying “under new management”

This place is truly awful - the manager is a complete buffoon and the staff can only be as good as its leader….. recipe for disaster. Would love for Gordon Ramsey to walk through this travesty !

We came to pick up our order and Bentley; the manager overcharged by adding a “supply fee” that probably goes to their tips, claiming that fee is for the fancy boxes and utensils—which is a lie. Who charges you a fee for to-go plates in which your food has to be in because it’s carry out/to-go???

On our way home, we checked our change and receipt, and were $10 short. We contacted the manager (Bentley), and he confirmed that they indeed short changed us. He never apologized, seemed indifferent and had absolutely no care in this matter. He basically stated, “come and get your money”.

We live a ways from the establishment. An Uber would charge me $40 to get there, and $40 to come back. He; Bentley (manager) didn’t seem to care about it when we asked why the service fee. Raised his hands and just said, “it is what it is”.

We also contacted Roy; the general manager by call, text & email, but he didn’t even bother to contact us. Not a care in the world, either.

If the owner of this restaurant would care, he would contact every customer with a negative review to make things right—and I’m pretty sure he hasn’t. Please DO NOT support these types of restaurants. Customers pay their salary, but they don’t care about the customer, period.

I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled shrimp and I waited a good 20 minutes. Other than the shrimp being extremely salty, the customer service was 100 and so was the atmosphere

I met my brother and mom and Rogers to celebrate my mom‘s birthday and spend time together for Christmas. We chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and we definitely will visit again when we are back in town. Thank you to the waiter and the manager, we appreciate your kindness and hospitality.

Food and service was fantastic. Me and my companions ordered the bone in ribeye steaks. Everything was cooked to perfection. I was disappointed in the appearance and flavor of my steak. The bone was not connected so the flavor of the marrow was missing. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.
