I now live in North Carolina. Country Village is literally the only thing that I miss about Arkansas. My children and I used to go there on the weekends. We would stop by a thrift shop that was called Evelyn and Anne's ( don't know if they are still in Star City) then we would head for Country Village and window shop. Go to Country Village Bar b Q. Then to the Country Village Bakery for our dessert. We would always get 2 of their cheese breads one was bound to get snacked...
The only thing I don't like is trying to decide which ice cream I want to eat that day! So sometimes you decide to get a double scoop so you can have two different ones. My husband loves all the sandwiches and I love all the salads. But my kids cannot say enough about the macaroni and cheese! We also love to bring home a pint of spinach dip and crackers to snack on later. They have a great selection of cookie dough balls and casseroles to take and bake later as well.
