Had dinner with my family last night and was very disappointed in the food! It was terrible. I will never be back to this restaurant. Catfish was cooked in bad oil, they must not change their oil. Fried okra was hard as a rock, overcooked, and cooked in bad oil. Hush puppies are bland…no flavor or onions inside. Ribs were tough and black in color. I would suggest a new cook. This is not the place to eat catfish! I highly recommend a better and friendly catfish place....read full review

The food is well prepared and full of flavor, with the frog legs being perfectly seasoned and fried, tender and juicy. The catfish, ribs, and cobbler are also delicious. The service is great, with the owner and wait staff being very friendly and helpful. The pricing is reasonable for the quality of food and service, and the southern atmosphere adds to the overall experience. It's definitely worth the visit, even if it's out of the city.
