Hands down, this place has The. Best. Catfish anywhere in Texarkana. Nowhere else can compare now. The breading is flavorful and balances wonderfully with the fish itself. Their asparagus and corn on the cob? Also fantastic. I've been three times in the past month, and I am very much planning on revisiting time and time again.

This place is a treasure! The customer service is top tier! Everyone was friendly. The food was tasty, made to order, and absolutely delicious. My lemon pepper wings needed a dash more seasoning and the onion rings were bland. Therefore I gave 4 stars. The dessert is mouth watering. I had the peach cobbler. Great job Pelican!!

This was my 4th time to visit Pelican Fish & Seafood and it seems to get better each time. Noticed a lot of new servers and they were on top of orders. Definitely a great place for America farmed catfish or seafood.

Very mediocre at best. Shrimp was tough and everything had too much breading and over cooked. Drinks at $2.99 were never refilled. I've never had to use a knife to cut my shrimp until now. They were sooo tough. We were told we had two sides with our meal yet they charged 2.99 for each side. Special that was advertised for $19.99 ended up coasting $52.99.

2/14/2024 Valentines Day. Service was lousy, food below average. Must have only had one cook. Set at least 20 minutes before we ordered. Set one hour and 30 minutes before we received our food. Had to ask for beans, shrimp was over cooked, steak looked like a chunk of coal. They ran out of baked potatoes by 7:30 had to settle for french fries. Been there twice-first and last.
I do not recommend this place. My husband and I ordered our food at 5:40...at 7:00 we still did not have our food...we left
