Ran across this place in my travels and decided to give it a whirl. There is plenty of parking here. You walk in and order at the counter, and the menu is posted on the wall to your left, coming in, above the ordering counter, and on the counter where you place your order. The young guy taking my order could not answer what type of sausage was that was listed on the menu. He also had a hard time hearing me for some reason. The food was great as usual. But then I got charged twice nearly 90 dollars for one time of dining. So watch out and pay attention to your charges on your credit card after you eat there cause they might charge you twice.

It’s been a few years since the last time I had Big Jake’s. I got the #2 Junior Combo with Brisket, Colesaw, Toast, and Baked Beans. I also ordered a drink and fried cherry pie. All together it was around $18. Taste wise it was enjoyable and the person working the takeout window was polite. I was a little disappointed with the size of the brisket they gave me.Next time I’ll get something else
