“My husband and I went last night on a double date with friends and they were packed! The wait was longer than normal but every second is worth it for the steaks we always order! Cory was our server and we enjoyed every minute with him. He was so attentive and apologetic about the wait. 10/10 recommend“

“My husband and I had been seeing their sign on our many trips to Texarkana. So today we tried it and the food was delicious! Ate still I couldn't hold anymore and still have to bring a bunch of my leftovers home. The people are super friendly and checked with us several times to see if we needed anything else. I recommend this place and we will definitely be going back ourselves.“

“I'm from Kansas City so we know barbecue. I tried the brisket and ribs. Brisket has decent flavor but a little dry. The classic sauce bumped up the flavor. Ribs were very tender and flavorful but those Pinto beans, which are free IF you dine in...those beans! Yummy! I would rate them a 5!!! Make sure you try the pinto beans cause somebody put their foot in those! Very delicious! Potato salad was good. Fried okra was good. I would rate overall a 3.5 out of 5.“

“We came in around 6PM and a worker told us that they were about to close. My group of friends had to leave to another restaurant afterwards. My friend might have found the love of his life had he not been refused service. Yeah they don't like money I guess.“

“Great value. The BBQ fries are incredible, especially the pulled pork. Everyone is always super friendly. And seriously, their hand cut fries are utter perfection. The BBQ fries are such a generous portion and the ratio of meat to fries to cheese is literally perfect.“

“The ladies at Rusty Relics recommended Bug Jake’s as we were traveling through on our way to Hot Springs. It was so good that we also stopped on our way home too! The brisket was AMAZING! Love the different bbq sauces, I think the sweet was our favorite, we had to try them all! The free pinto beans was a hit. You order at the counter and by time you fix your drink, get some bbq sauce & pinto beans, you sit down and take a couple bites of your beans and your meal is being delivered to your table! All of the foot was hot and delicious! This will be a MUST STOP every-time we come through Texarkana now!“

“Blue Ember catered a wedding in Hope, Arkansas this past weekend, and let me say it was exceptional. I have worked over 200 weddings as the DJ, and this was the best BBQ and sides I've ever tasted! I also cook a lot, and Blue Ember does it right! Smoked sausage, brisket, pulled pork, beans, potato salad...all incredible! The staff was amazing as well. They make their own sausage and different flavors of BBQ sauce that made it all stand out! Really, really good! I ate too much and was miserable on the drive home! Grabbed some extra to eat for lunch on Sunday, and it was remarkable again! 10 stars! Don't even think about using anyone else! Best BBQ hands down.“

“The BBQ here is delicious along with all the great side dishes! I mention the great side dishes because the seasoned zucchini and squash was A-MA-ZING!!! THE BEST EVER, it literally was the star of the show! Also, There are some great employees here! Alex and Angie are so outgoing, optimistic every time I'm in there, kind, and very helpful!!! The store did great when they hired these two!! I'm 100% looking forward to my next meal from there! I will be going back very soon. I'm getting hungry for it just typing this review, lol!
