“We like to go get a meltdown sandwich on the weekends! They are hot and delicious! The service is great and they are open most days and always open on weekends. I love the food truck location, parklike with music and artificial turf for playing, the atmosphere is just perfect.“
“This place is amazing had the Buffalo burger and it’s pricey but well worth it so delicious. Bartender is very friendly and good at her job. Update went back again to this place different bartender and he was very good at his job and food was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend anyone to try this place out been several times now and no complaints at all.“
“Fantastic food. We stopped by right before they closed and was greeted with such kindness. I can’t tell you how often restaurants or food service in general, hospitality seems to have vanished in our society. This was very much appreciated. The food was hot, had a great flavor. Really enjoyed how tender and tasty it was. Oh, the chili, definitely try it. Some of the best I’ve had that wasn’t made by me. The sliced brisket was really good. One piece had a little too much fat but overall really good. Ribs were very tasty. My only suggestion is maybe serve the same BBQ sauce that you put on the meat that was provided in the ramekins. The ramekin BBQ had a different flavor and we both preferred the taste of the BBQ served on the meats. Over great job the both of you. “We had the pulled pork sliced chicken and four sides. Coleslaw warm potato salad Mac and cheese and green beans all was super good. The regular sauce was a little spicy but tasty. We had pecan cobbler. They forgot to give it to us with our food so they gave us two. Nice people!“
“I had a very enjoyable evening when I dropped in at The Watering Hole earlier this week. This establishment is small enough to have an intimate atmosphere with old friends yet large enough that people can come and go allowing for new friendships to transpire throughout the night. There's a pool table and dart board on towards the back door that attracts plenty of challengers to play. I recommend this place for a low cost load off if your ever in Hochatown and want to have a drink with friendly folks.“
“Great restaurant! There are many different kinds of BBQ. Terry & his team at Firehouse do a great job at Texas BBQ. Great taste, generous portions, friendly staff, good price, everything we look for in a restaurant. I enjoy looking at the different t-shirts from firefighters across the US and around the world. The new location allows him to accommodate more diners and larger groups. He's done a good job utilizing the space so he can serve a lot of folks while maintaining the legally-mandated distancing. I can't wait until he can pack us in tighter so he can serve more but that's coming. My favorite is the baked potato, loaded with brisket. If you try it, you won't be disappointed!“
“Let me start by saying that this is place is amazing. there are no words to describe how good the food is and the service. it was our first time coming to broken bow. We tried so many places on the hochatown strip and all were disappointing. The first night we went to a restaurant and the food was so bad and the service was just bad got all our order wrong. But trucking good bbq is a hidden gem they are so good and the home made jerky and deer salami it’s outstanding. this bbq is the best bbq we have ever had and we have been almost everywhere in the U.S. we had a great talk with the owner and his wife.
