“Some of the best BBQ you will find in this area. You will find if you are not there long after they open they will be sold out very fast. The brisket has to be eaten with a spoon because it’s so tender you can’t pick it up either a fork. They have some of the best sides there also. The building is great and fits a BBQ joint.“

“Where to start? The owner, Tim, was a delight. When we walked in and said we'd never been there before, he immediately went to make us a sampler plate to help us decide what we wanted to order, and after that we wanted to order EVERYTHING! We managed to narrow it down and made our choices, got our food and went outside to eat. Tim hung out with us and told us the interesting story of his business and a bit about his background/life. The food was everything we hoped for from a roadside Texas BBQ joint. The brisket and ribs were out of this world, and the smoked mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were amazing. I can't speak highly enough of the whole experience. Make this a destination if you love BBQ and tell your friends! Thanks again, Tim, and I'd really like to get that BBQ sauce recipe for my personal use if I could. lol“
