Although the food was good, the service was the worst we have ever had at Longhorn. The waitress seemed annoyed & standoff-ish. Starting with our drinks, our order was continuously wrong. Due to her rude behavior & lack of service, we did not leave the $100 tip we intended to leave.Kid-friendliness: Waitress seemed very annoyed by the children.
Yesterday... Saturday.My wife and I dropped in for lunch.We had not been here before...and came in from out of town.And as it has been noted in other reviews... there are two Steakhouses next to each other here.And my wife saw the long line and full parking lot next door and decided to try this one.We were quickly seated.And the place was busy.Families. Last night we had a party of 24. Our server Eric was Johnny on the spot. He was thoughtful to go ahead and put the children's orders in 1st. They kept us supplied with bread until our meals arrived. Every single plate was cooked to perfection. No errors. And our glasses never went empty. We had a great experience, this will be one of our regular go tos from now on.
