I was in a rush, running late and hungry. I needed to grab something to eat before an appointment but I was several minutes away from another store or restaurant. I passed a gas station and planned to grab a protein shake to keep me full until I could eat, when I noticed this little trailer in the parking lot. The best quesabirria tacos! I have had them in Texarkana from 3 places they were the best, I have tried them at 2 locations in Mt Pleasant they were the best, 2 locations in Tyler they were the best and from a caterer in Clarksville, they were the best!
