“I tried this place for the first time tonight. I am in-love with it. I can’t wait to eat here again. A tad far from home but worth a fun short road trip. MICHAEL went above and beyond in his customer service talents. The food is delicious but his service really made it a 5-star experience. The queso has a homemade flavor and the jalapeño relish is spot-on with the right consistency and hotness and sweet note. “When I was little, I used to live in Crystal River Florida. There was a tiny little place that served cheeseburgers, and I had never had a burger that tasted like it in my life. Besides there my whole life, I looked for places that might’ve had the same taste of burgers and I could never find anyone that had a burger that tasted like the burgers I used to get when I was 5 to 8 years old. I went to Culver’s and they had it the butter burger. I’ve never been more happier in my life to find that burger again, it taste exactly like I remember it and I just am happier than I could ever be that. I finally got to eat one of those burgers again after 51 years of looking for the butter burger I didn’t know what it was called. I didn’t know what was different about it. I just knew the flavor was amazing and I had to have another one go to Culver’s guys. The butter burgers are the best.“

“I’ve loved Patrick’s for 30 years. I hate that I had a first ever complaint. The kids running the counter and kitchen needed supervision. I ordered the special and the cooks said they didn’t want to make the Bigfoot burger special. I said no worries I’ll take a cheese burger. After an hour wait our table got food and it was all cold and I did get a Bigfoot which looked like a McDonald’s cheese burger. First time ever I didn’t want or could eat the food. Won’t hold this against years of excellence. But it was a bad experience.“

“JJ’s Live is the absolute BEST venue for entertainment in Fayetteville for a few reasons. A) Top notch customer service- Caitlyn and Zoe are genuinely amazing in ensuring fans are happy and satisfied. B))The building is open and spacious and has a RAD vibe to it- you can see the artist(s) no matter where you sit/stand- you don’t have to view them from a giant screen. C) The venue has an intimate feel to it- you almost feel up close and personal to artists because though it’s a spacious building, there’s not thousands of people to wade through. D) They do a great job bringing in music entertainment and they have now began bringing in comedic entertainment! E) It’s in our back yard! Love the location! F) The outside area is nice because you can sit and relax outside and visit with folks and have a beverage or a smoke comfortably- before the show starts or during the show if you need to step out for a bit. I could honestly carry on through the alphabet if I wanted, but these are the top reasons I will continue to choose JJ’s Live for entertainment over other close by venues.“

“At least 80% of the reason for these 5 stars is because of Ms. Pam. She works harder and with a more genuine attitude than any food service worker I’ve met. I would come here almost every day on my break for lunch and she made a note to always treat me personably and make me feel welcome as well as be sure my order was correct. One of the biggest reasons I miss my old job is because of my visits to this Sonic and getting a warm welcome from Ms. Pam.“
