“On July 10, 2025 7:45 p.m. while traveling through on a long road trip Jacki the manager was making the food, running the drive-thru, while still allowing two workers to take breaks and she kept a positive attitude with a cheery tone. Had the chicken sandwich and three-piece chicken and it was very tasty and served hot. Definition of a super woman and it shows her level of care and as a Popeye employee you can definitely be proud of her. A promotion would be in order.“

“I absolutely love their pizza however the customer service is terrible here I’ve been burned and they asked me to verify so I started taking pictures anytime anything was wrong with my food because even if they say they’re going to replace that they give you a hard time whenever you do😢 So after dealing with cancer and everything else going through treatments I have to worry about my food being burnt and the taste of my food not being good and being called a liar by your staff whenever I do show up to pick up my replaced order This place has the worst service I’ve ever been in my life and I’ve traveled all around the world“

“We visited the food truck while at the Barling 4th of July celebration. Even in the heat the folks working were so kind! The burgers came out just right and everyone enjoyed them. We will definitely visit the food truck again!“

The shrimp were delicious, the fried oysters were cooked to perfection, and the okra and fries came out hot and fresh—just the way they should be. A big shoutout to our waitress, Ruthie, who was phenomenal! She took great care of us, making sure we always had plenty of condiments and drink refills. “Tonight was my first time going to Church’s chicken. The guy at the window was very nice even though it was late. My food was awesome! The sauce on the Buffalo wings is not too spicy or too tangy, perfectly balanced flavor. They made my fries and wings fresh and I really appreciated that, especially towards the end of the night. Most fast food will serve you some slop at the end of the day and it was so satisfying to have the fries burning my mouth lol. They were crispy and weren’t smothered in salt which was refreshing. Another thing I was impressed by was the Ranch. Packaged ranch is usually disgusting (Sonic etc) but their ranch is the best I’ve had in a package. I have seen some low reviews but the crew tonight really did a great job and helped me have a fantastic evening (desperately needed). Thanks to the staff tonight you guys made my night! PUT SOME RESPECT ON CHURCH’S NAME!“

“We eat here at least once a week. The cheese dip and pretzel knots are absolutely AMAZING!! We also enjoy a thin crust pepperoni with extra cheese and extra pepperoni. So delicious. The staff greets us as soon as we walk in and this gives us a feeling of visiting friends.“
