“I absolutely love their pizza however the customer service is terrible here I’ve been burned and they asked me to verify so I started taking pictures anytime anything was wrong with my food because even if they say they’re going to replace that they give you a hard time whenever you do😢 So after dealing with cancer and everything else going through treatments I have to worry about my food being burnt and the taste of my food not being good and being called a liar by your staff whenever I do show up to pick up my replaced order This place has the worst service I’ve ever been in my life and I’ve traveled all around the world“

“Hands down the best catfish in town! The catfish was perfectly crispy, with a clean, fresh taste that’s hard to find these days. The shrimp were delicious, the fried oysters were cooked to perfection, and the okra and fries came out hot and fresh—just the way they should be. A big shoutout to our waitress, Ruthie, who was phenomenal! She took great care of us, making sure we always had plenty of condiments and drink refills. Her attention to detail and warm attitude made the experience even better. Thank you for providing such high-quality food and service. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Tonight was my first time going to Church’s chicken. The guy at the window was very nice even though it was late. My food was awesome! The sauce on the Buffalo wings is not too spicy or too tangy, perfectly balanced flavor. They made my fries and wings fresh and I really appreciated that, especially towards the end of the night. Most fast food will serve you some slop at the end of the day and it was so satisfying to have the fries burning my mouth lol. They were crispy and weren’t smothered in salt which was refreshing. Another thing I was impressed by was the Ranch. Packaged ranch is usually disgusting (Sonic etc) but their ranch is the best I’ve had in a package. I have seen some low reviews but the crew tonight really did a great job and helped me have a fantastic evening (desperately needed). Thanks to the staff tonight you guys made my night! PUT SOME RESPECT ON CHURCH’S NAME!“

“Food is good. Cashier was not friendly. One of our meals was never brought to the table so 20 minutes after all the other food was brought to the table I went and inquired about it. It only took a couple of minutes for them to throw it together so I'm assuming they forgot about it.“

“All the games were on, so many different games, it was great. Got appetizers (cheese curds and fried pickles), it was so good and they came out very hot. Manager also gave us some extra of the appetizers, so very very nice of him! Food was really good! Got the bacon burger sandwich (forgot what it’s called), it was so yummy! “The food is sometimes less than desirable. Chicken is sometimes left under the heat lamp much longer than it should be. The mashed potatoes are instant and you can tell the minute you taste them. Not the best. Service is always hit-and-miss. Sometimes they're friendly and will bend over backwards for you. Other times they wish you never came in. The hours they're open almost always vary. Usually they open on time but they close early very consistently. Management isn't the greatest. Not at all helpful and when needed they bring attitude. The store is usually clean and the dine-in experience is all alright.
