Long wait time for a MooLatte that didn't have whip cream and drizzle. Understaffed and not properly trained to make item.
We tried to take our 3 children for ice cream last night. It was a treat for them and we pulled up to the drive thru only to be told to hold on rudely. 5 minutes later, my husband said hello to the woman taking orders to see if something was wrong with the speaker or if we needed to go in, only to be told rudely “I’m busy”. We will not give another dime to this restaurant. This is not how you treat people, I don’t care how “busy” you are.

The manager in Van Buren, Ann, is recognized for her excellent help with app issues and birthday rewards, showcasing her knowledge and dedication. The restaurant and restrooms are always very clean, adding to the overall positive experience. One standout staff member, Mr. Gene Alexander, has received praise for his outstanding service, especially during challenging situations like when the fryers were down. His patience, professionalism, and great attitude have not gone unnoticed, making Dairy Queen Grill & Chill a place where customers look forward to returning for a refreshing lunch or snack.
