Sweet Boutique Fort Smith

Sweets are great. Ordered cakes from here and pick up treats on the fly for my employees frequently. The only problem for me is they are not friendly. And you would think that would change since I'm there fairly often, but no. Changing sweet stops.

We've Purchased numerous cakes from sweet boutique and they never fail to amaze us. The chocolate marble has become our go to flavor. Thanks for the amazing work

They always do a great job and are willing to help. I called this in the morning and they were able to make one for me to pick up in the afternoon. This neapolitan cake was so yummy!!!!! Highly recommended.

WALMART BAKERY HAD TO SAVE THE BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!!! I never leave reviews especially negative ones but this goes beyond just being dissatisfied. My order was a high maintenance one as far as cupcakes are concerned but I gave them a weeks notice, emailed over 30 photos of exactly what I was wanting cause it is my daughters Sweet 16 birthday party so it was a special order for this milestone in her life. They looked at the pics before hand and said no problem and I was very clear that if nothing else got done the color scheme had to be correct so it would match her party theme as well as the tier cake I had ordered from another bakery (THANK GOD).This is why I'm paying $40 for 12 cupcakes instead of $6.98 from Walmart. They are nothing like I NEEDED them to be not the color of the cake batter, not the colors of icing She only used 2 colors and only 2 out of 12 was halfway like I had asked for. To top it off I had to pay for them anyway because if I didnt they were going to charge my bank account anyway. I have to say this was the worst experience I've ever had and it couldn't of happened at a worse time.This is not acceptable and before the owner states she is better than Pinkitzel she might want to go in sometime and actually order a cupcake cause for someone who has actually been there I can tell you the standards are no where near the same. I don't know if she rushed it cause I am not from around there but I am very disappointed.

The girls were great with answering all my questions and showing me options when I order personal size cookie cakes for my husband and son's birthday. They were pretty and delicious. I will absolutely be returning for any future cookie cake or cake needs.

I have ALWAYS ordered from another amazing bakery in Fort Smith but my best friend raves about Sweet Boutique do when it was time to order her 50 th birthday cake i figured no better opportunity to try them out! We ordered her a strawberry cake and WOW!!!! the strawberries were fresh and cold! The cake was delicious and moist! They certainly don't skimp on flavor or decoration......... now i have a problem! I placed an order for 6 dozen cookies for a wedding by phone and then went in to the store with a photo of the cookie I wanted along with color samples for the cookies. When I went to pick up the cookies on the day of the wedding, they were nothing like the photo I provided. When I expressed my disappointment at the fact that the cookies had not been flooded as was shown in the photograph but were sloppy with icing dripping off the sides of the cookies.
