Short staffed ordered ahead and still waited a considerable amount of time for the order, however the staff that was working was putting forth a great deal of effort to make up the difference, would have rated much lower if not for that gentlemans effort.
The guy in the mornings named Brandon need to be in charge, it’s a night a day difference when he’s there amazing service and fast. When he’s gone i hear everyone at work complaining about how long it takes etc. hire Brandon as manager and make Waldron McDonalds great again.
Quite possibly the best McDonald's I have ever been in. The entire crew was friendly and jubilant. They really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Extremely fast service. The food was done before we finished making our drinks. The food was amazing and piping hot. If I ever come back to Waldron, I will definitely be stopping back by.
