I am writing to report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had today while picking up a DoorDash order at your Walnut Ridge, AR location.
At approximately 9:20-9:25 AM, I was instructed by staff to pull forward to the window to receive the order. The employee handed me a bag that turned out to be someone else’s order. Once I realized the mistake, I calmly waved to get her attention. When she opened the window, she did so with a visibly aggravated attitude.
