I picked up a a pizza at the Walnut Ridge, AR location tonight. It was burned black in places and smelled scorched. Manager Michaela claimed that was normal. When I told her it even smelled burned, she told me to shut up because she didn't want to hear me run my mouth. I asked for a refund and she shorted me until I spoke up again. This was a disgusting experience.
this is the very last time I am giving "our" local pizza hut a chance. while 4 hungry kids wait patiently for mom to pick up their carryout special, I have just returned for the 2nd time tonight to wait at home for pizza hut to remake the pizza I ordered. the last time we ordered carryout, I called and spoke very plain and clearly and placed the order for 2 pizzas and once I got there the lady (who obviously is in active addiction considering im in recovery so i can...read full review
