“I'm from out of state visiting a friend and wanted pizza. I looked on Google maps for a good pizza place near her house and and found pizza pro. I found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back if I'm ever back here. The pizza and cheese sticks were beyond my expectations“

“Hands down one of our new favorite places to go! My family has a dairy intolerance, and I have a gluten intolerance, AND THEY HAVE GLUTEN FREE PIZZA AND VEGAN CHEESE!!! Which for most people that doesn’t mean much, but there is literally no where local that serves pizza with vegan cheese, and if it is (out in LR) it is a very wimpy pizza. We have only been able to get amazing dairy free pizzas from northwest Arkansas, so the fact that they are right down the road from us is AMAZING! They actually make the pizzas look like regular pizzas with the amount of cheese they put on them! And they taste wonderful! Thank you Bernard Pizza for serving these delicious pizzas to those of us who have really missed it!“

“Was able to call and order a steak dinner with baked potato and okra and pick up at drive through. Still warm when I got home and absolutely delicious. I usually go in and eat and they are always friendly.“

“Placed an order over the phone not once did anyone tell me that it would be door dashed if I would have been told this I would not have placed my order. Also they can take payment before you get your order but I have to wait three days to get a refund.....that is crap. I am disabled can't drive. I don't get to eat tonight. After I placed order in text delivery time changed 4 times waited an hour and half no pizza called back where I placed order was put on hold for 10 mins. This is not how a business should do people!!!!!! I get a certain amount of money being on disability and after I pay all my bills I usually have enough left to get a meal for myself and this is what I get. She came to the table immediately after we were seated, took both our drink and food order quickly and efficiently, and was still extremely friendly the entire time! Our waitress, Abby, was beyond excellent, answered all of our questions, made suggestions when asked, checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and did it all with a beautiful smile!😁. “we order marcos at least a few times a month and they are always fast and great customer service. but tonight made me appreciate them even more. we ordered delivery online and it said we'd get it around 5:40. Well 6:00 comes around and still no pizza. so I called to check on it. the phone rang and rang. I called back. it rang so long again. then the sweet employee was so nice, when I asked about our order. she apologized and told me that she was the only person working the front. and only had two drivers delivering. she wasn't rude or stressed out. she politely said, if you know someone looking for a job, we are definitely hiring. I just thought that was the most honest and nicest conversations I've had with a fast food industry employee. that girl deserves a raise!!! 99% of other people would have been rude or short tempered. Thank you marcos!!“

“I'd say they have pretty decent food from what I've experienced. WAAAAAYY better than Little Caesars. I ordered the 'Pappa Dippas' using a coupon I received in the mail and it was on point and not too expensive with my little coupon deal. The dude at the counter was super helpful with answering all my bazillion questions about their specials and whatnot being it was my first time there. He did inform me that the coupons on the app are usually better than what he has to offer at the register if you walk in and order. So, I gotta remember to download the app to use those coupons next time bcuz I'm making Papa Johns my 'go-to' place for zzas instead of Little Caesars with their pre-made, not fresh at all, dried-out from sitting in the heatbox too long, tasting like cardboard yucky zzas.“

“Most part of the time, their pizzas are ok. There’s a big issue with delivery. It takes too long. Another issue… they can’t read… Domino’s asks on the website what kind of sauce, pie cut and baking you want. They give you the choice, so your pizza is made to your liking… they have this option of pie cut or square cut. Square cut to us is stupid… how are you suppose to hold your pizza? Anyway we choose pie cut, always! Every time, they cut it square. They cant even follow the order… the one time they got it right we had to call the store to make sure they wouldn’t screw it up.. they need to do better“

I was immediately told yes, and they would have them ready at 1pm. We showed up a little early, so we were in no hurry! Every customer that came in was greeted with a smiling face and a polite Hello!
